I was in attendance with Dr. Shavona Whitehead Masterclass on Self Love as apart of The Repossession of Me program.

My take away was even in the battles you have to remember you are important.  Self care is not just facials and pedicures.  Self care is the whole package.  I had to remember that I am just as important as the people , places, and things I put before me. It was the push, well it's always the push for me.  This has been a hard few years, but to know that someone like Dr. Von has created these classes to motivate, encourage, and keep me on the right path to complete healing.  I am truly grateful for the class and the instructor.
